The entire risk as to the quality and accuracy of the data is on you. Any actions you take or decisions you make based on the data shall be entirely at your own risk. You agree that Fusion GSM will in no event be liable to you for any damages whatsoever based on your use of or reliance upon on the data.

  By accessing the data, you acknowledge, understand, and accept that Fusion GSM makes every effort to comply with law enforcement officials or other investigative agencies to prevent crime and/or the sale of stolen goods or products. Fusion GSM reserves the right to inspect or disclose to any third party, for any reason whatsoever, any information provided by you to Fusion GSM, including but not limited to, compliance with the Electronic Communications Privacy Act, 18 U.S.C. ¤ 2510, et seq. or as otherwise required by law or by court or governmental order. You give Fusion GSM permission to share any data sent by you or any terminal or machine through which you access Fusion GSM Services (e.g., IP address, ESN, and other information) for any reason whatsoever.

  Any data provided by Fusion GSM or accessed by the end user is provided for informational purposes only. You are expressly prohibited from reselling the Services, in whole or in part, and you may not use the Services or data for any purpose that violates applicable state or federal law.
